Pecan smoked to create a mouth watering treat you and your family will be sure to enjoy. Moist & tender all white meat smoked on the bone for added flavor. The best part of the turkey and very lean. Each breast weighs about 7-9 pounds and may be served hot or cold.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Our Turkey Breast is fully cooked and ready to serve. Room temperature will help to enhance the flavor. If you wish to serve warm wrap in foil and put in a preheated oven (300-325) approximately 10 minutes per pound. DO NOT OVERCOOK you just want to heat it not dry it out. Smoked poultry has a pink hue which is normal due to the curing and smoking process.
