Taste of Collier

Naples Smokehouse was proud to participate in the 2007 Taste of Collier at Bayfront in Naples, Florida. The event allowed us to exhibit our delicious smoked products. The Taste of Collier, a long-standing Naples tradition, is an afternoon of family fun featuring live performances by local entertainment, the crowd-pleasing waiter/waitress race, an ice-carving contest, chefs competition, children’s fun land and of course, savory samples from 30 of the best local restaurants in Collier County! Held each year on the first Sunday in May, the Taste is the FRA/Collier County Chapter’s way of saying thank you to the year round residents for their patronage; while raising monies for local charitable organizations. Join us this year at Bayfront, located at Goodlette Frank and Fifth Avenue South. The Naples Smokehouse had four items available at the event including: Smoked Shrimp and pineapple on skewer Smoked Salmon on salad greens with sesame dressing Smoked Pulled Pork with melted manchego cheese on a grilled arepa Smoked Beef Brisket on freshly baked roll The publics reaction to our tasty smoked meats and seafood was very enthusiastic.
